Elaine Wasson – She was given a painting class by her daughter as a gift nearly 20 years ago and has never stopped since. She loves to tole paint on just about any surface.  Could be an old coffee pot, piece of slate or wood slab, spoons, jars, you name it she’s probably painted on it.   You will also find her working at the register at Eclectique, this is Laurie’s mom!

Blairsville, PA natives Susan and Sherry Daugherty – mother – daughter duo create, paint, sew and frame these adorable framed art pieces.  Each creation is had drawn, painted on fabric, stitched and embellished with authentic Swarovsky crystals and then framed.  Size ranges from 4 x 6 and up.  Custom work upon request.  They have an Etsy shop and facebook page featuring their merchandise.

Owner Christy Bentley started selling her hand made towels from pot holders, cute designs and matching buttons to sell to help pay for nursing school, and her business took off.  Now offering 100’s of designs, she also makes Boo Boo bags a cool gel pack for kids to put their “injuries”.  Badge clips and pillow cases are also part of her space.

Meet Joe & Beth Batsa, they create unique decor including wine racks, trees and birdhouses from repurposed materials.  They do several clean-outs or post auction collecting to get many of their vintage pieces for resale.  Many rare finds have made their way to Eclectique through Joe & Beth.  Also if you are looking for someone to help with some of your family’s ‘stuff’ (we don’t call it junk if its cool!)  Give them a call !  724-331-2381

Sue Baker is the local Dixie Bell Paint rep and does wonderful work chalk painting and finishing all kinds of decor and furniture.  She loves classic Hosier Cabinets and searches for them that need some love and bring them back to life!  Sue teaches classes on how to refinish your flea market finds and turn them into a treasure.

Sharon makes hand iced custom sugar cookies in a number of flavors and and infinite number of shapes and designs. This style of cookie is our signature product where you can find on the shelves in her booth at Eclectique as well as  many flavors of pizzelles, biscotti and honey.  Try out a new popular item, the whipped honey. 

She also makes a variety at her store on Pittsburgh Street in Greensburg where she bakes  chocolate chip, peanut butter, oatmeal raisin and raisin filled cookies among the many others we produce.

From quilting to pillows to table runners, pictures and more, Diane can sew any creation you can dream up!  Many creations are Latrobe flavored ideas including Mr Rogers and Trolley Pillows, Latrobe Windows with panes featuring St. Vincent, the Banana Split, Mr. Rogers, Arnold Palmer and other Latrobe attractions.

The current store owner, Laurie lives near the Arnold Palmer Regional Airport.  With a business management background, but found painting, sewing, crafting to be an enjoyable stress relief.  She has done everything from making her kid’s Halloween costumes, teaching craft and painting classes to planning and decorating for themed parties with all the trimmings, to painting and creating all types of holiday and every décor.

Residing in the greater Latrobe area with her husband, Rosie finds time to make adorable, cute and quirky folk art sculptures sewn and stuffed from fine fabrics including imported mohair and specialty wools.   Many animals and characters are tiny and are finely crafted to detail the eyes, feet, hands and even beaks!   Just looking at these charming creations will make you smile.
