Elaine Wasson – She was given a painting class by her daughter as a gift nearly 20 years ago and has never stopped since. She loves to tole paint on just about any surface. Could be an old coffee pot, piece of slate or wood slab, spoons, jars, you name it she’s probably painted on it. You will also find her working at the register at Eclectique, this is Laurie’s mom!

Residing in the greater Latrobe area with her husband, Rosie finds time to make adorable, cute and quirky folk art sculptures sewn and stuffed from fine fabrics including imported mohair and specialty wools. Many animals and characters are tiny and are finely crafted to detail the eyes, feet, hands and even beaks! Just looking at these charming creations will make you smile.

Elaine’s Art Cottage holds a wide variety of creative artwork. From hand crocheted dog sweaters to beautiful rugs and scarves she can make just about anything out of yarn! Her steady hand brings animals to life for note cards, framed photos and more. Give her a photo of your pet and she can transform it into original art. She also can sculpt unique designs from polymer clay creating, leprechauns, witches, Santa Clause faces and more.
The current store owner, Laurie lives near the Arnold Palmer Regional Airport. With a business management background, but found painting, sewing, crafting to be an enjoyable stress relief. She has done everything from making her kid’s Halloween costumes, teaching craft and painting classes to planning and decorating for themed parties with all the trimmings, to painting and creating all types of holiday and every décor.
Sue Baker is our very own Dixie Bell Mineral Chalk Paint distributor and expert for the Latrobe district. She creates beautiful furniture finishes, accessories and decor using chalk paint techniques. She also conducts “How To” classes on painting furniture and decor.

Meet Sue Buckles, she carries a huge variety with upcycled furniture, wreaths, doilies, table cloths, table runners, vintage items, tea pots, tea cups, homemade dog jerkey, dog care accessories such as ear wipes and paw wax, You just never know what Sue will be bringing in!

Derry native Joann Japalucci had creativity in her blood, as a former professional cake decorator she has always loved painting, drawing and crafting. Her inspirational messages on canvas with mixed media help spread the word of positivity, joy, and hope.

Lakeside Hideaway Creations was born out of a love for wood. Precise craftsmanship is obvious in the detail work on his ornaments, wine glass stems and trinity candles. Misty loves to create unique jewelry incorporating wood into the pieces. They are a close-knit family with 3 children which they homeschool.
Sharon makes hand iced custom sugar cookies in a number of flavors and and infinite number of shapes and designs. This style of cookie is our signature product where you can find on the shelves in her booth at Eclectique as well as many flavors of pizzelles, biscotti and honey. She also makes a variety at her store on Pittsburgh Street in Greensburg where she bakes chocolate chip, peanut butter, oatmeal raisin and raisin filled cookies among the many others we produce.
