Class FAQs
What are the prices for a class?
2 ½ hour classes are offered at an average range of $25 – $55.
The price is based on the cost of materials, size of the project, supplies used, etc.
There is an annual Crafty Club card for craft class participants that get stamped when a class is booked, do 4 classes and the 5th class is ½ off. Do 9 classes get the tenth class FREE
Will my painting or project be dry by the end of the night?
Yes, if there are a few damp places we will have hair dryers which will dry them quickly.
At what time should I arrive for class?
Twenty minutes would be great so you have time to get a snack, do wine tasting or shopping BEFORE the class is ready to begin.
Will you have wine openers and cups?
Yes, we supply wine bottle openers, glass stemware and cups.
What is you policy of bringing food?
Feel free to bring snacks to share.
What do I wear?
Whatever is comfortable and you don’t mind if a little paint or glue gets on it. However, aprons are supplied to protect your clothing
Do I need a reservation?
We do require reservations with payment to secure seats and to insure we have the correct amount of supplies and materials to complete your projects. We require a 24 hour cancellation. However, there may be additional spots available for ‘walk-ins’ please call 412-817-7944 if you have a last minute friend that would want to attend. No calls/no shows will not be issued store credit or refunds.
Do you do private parties?
Yes, we can accommodate up to 20 people at the studio. But we can come to your venue if you have a larger group.
Is there an age limit?
All classes or parties 13 or older, if alcohol is being consumed during the session. Please note that it is the law that you have to be 21 years old to consume alcoholic beverages.
What is your refund policy?
Store credit will be given for individuals canceling with at least 24 hours notice. You may also reschedule for another class and use your credit. Some instructors can make you a “kit” to take home and instructions to complete your project. There may also be a make up class you can schedule with the instructor, please inquire for more details and information regarding possible make – up classes.
“No shows” will not be issued store credit or refunds.
If you are late to the class – the session will begin at the posted time, and you may not be able to complete your project during the allotted time – no refunds or credit for late arrivals.
Some medical emergencies or extenuating circumstances could be taken into consideration for a refund, please inquire.
Uncorked Creations reserves the right to cancel classes for unforeseen circumstances or less than minimum guest registrants of 6. Registrants will be notified at least 24 hours prior to class time and refunds will be processed.
