These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Shop Eclectique website (“Site”), located at shopeclectique.com, and related services (collectively “Services”). By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

- Submission of your User Content does not violate any law or third-party right
We reserve the right to remove or refuse any User Content for any reason.
Vendor Submissions
Submitting a vendor listing form through this Site does not create a rental or vendor agreement. Vendor listings are subject to review and approval by Shop Eclectique. Submission alone does not guarantee inclusion in the directory.
If you become an accepted vendor, your relationship with Shop Eclectique is governed by a separate Vendor Agreement, which you must execute and comply with. Terms in that document (e.g., rent, payment schedules, responsibilities, termination rights) are not replaced by these Terms.
Third-party payments and Class Registration
Registration and payment for classes are completed through Square, a third-party payment platform. By proceeding to checkout, you will leave this website and be subject to Square’s terms and conditions and privacy policy.
Shop Eclectique is not responsible for the operation, availability, or policies of Square’s payment system. Any payment disputes, refunds, or billing issues related to Square must be handled directly through Square.
Your registration is considered complete only after successful payment through Square and confirmation from Shop Eclectique.
Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Shop Eclectique or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
